Gentle Yoga practice for all levels and bodies. Yoga Class can be offered as a traditional class or modified Chair Yoga.

Meditation & Mindfulness can be a tool used to support our Stress and overall Well-Being. This class does not require any special attire and is accessible to all people and all bodies.

Bootcamp

Bodyweight Bootcamp is a simple, yet effective way to increase strength and cardio using only our bodyweight. Modifications will be provided, so if this is your first time finding movement in a little bit or if you are a daily gym goer, I promise this workout will meet your needs and get you sweaty!
